On October 25th, the Working Committee of the Yangtze River Delta Jiangsu Zhejiang Anhui Delegation and the Youth Working Committee held a study meeting on promoting and implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in the "Hui Living Room" in Shanghai.
