High-tech enterprises refer to the enterprises that continuously conduct research and development and transform technological achievements in the "high-tech Fields supported by the State", form the core independent intellectual property rights of enterprises, and carry out business activities on this basis.

Up to now, Keemen Black Tea Group has obtained dozens of intellectual property certificates such as invention patents, and the scientific and technological personnel engaged in research and development and related technological innovation activities accounted for more than 30% of the total number of employees of the enterprise that year.
