On May 18th, at the 2024 China Huicha Spring Exhibition and International Tea Day · Anhui Doucha Fair, the Doucha Fair evaluation expert group conducted a centralized evaluation and scoring of the submitted tea samples that met the requirements for participation based on the "Tea Sensory Evaluation Method" (GB/T23776-2018). After supervision by the supervision group, the Qimen Gongfu Black Tea selected by Qimen Black Tea Group won the gold medal in the "2024 International Tea Day · Anhui Doucha Fair" black tea group.

Qimen Gongfu black tea is a precious traditional Gongfu black tea in China. It has a tight and delicate appearance, beautiful peaks and seedlings, exposed golden hairs, and a glossy black color, commonly known as "Baoguang". The soup color is bright and red, the taste is fresh and mellow, the aroma is rich and long-lasting, and the leaves are bright and red at the bottom.

This award is a recognition from the evaluation expert group of Doucha Association for Qimen Black Tea Group's inheritance of traditional tea making techniques and modern production innovation in Qimen Black Tea.
